About Travis

Travis Conway is the Founder and Managing Partner of Merrymaker Capital, a privately held investment firm focused on founder-led businesses. Before launching Merrymaker, he co-founded and led Rallyday Partners, a Colorado-based private equity firm, and served as President and Managing Director of SDR Ventures, a boutique investment bank. He also co-founded Coulton Creek Capital, a mezzanine debt and equity fund. Earlier in his career, Travis developed deep expertise in litigation and dispute advisory through roles at Navigant Consulting (now Guidehouse) and Ernst & Young. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Trinity University, where he was a varsity baseball player and a recipient of the President’s Scholarship.
