Shirley oversees the Cimarron and Red River markets for InBank with over 33 years of experience in banking. She manages customer relationships, growth and operations for the bank’s Cimarron location, as well as and expansion and development of new business opportunities in the Red River market. Shirley has a degree from University of New Mexico-Robert O. Anderson School of Management and Western States School of Banking.
