Pratt has 23 years experience within the banking industry and serves as Chief Information Officer for InBank overseeing information technology, cyber security, digital transformation, strategic planning, vendor management and project management. Previously, he was the Chief Innovation Officer at Fourth Capital, Director of IT Strategic Projects at Pinnacle Financial Partners, EVP–Operations and Technology Group Head at CapitalMark and Chief Information Officer at Guaranty Bank in Belzoni, MS. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from Millsaps College, a B.A. in Religion from The University of the South: Sewanee and certificates from the Graduate School of Banking at LSU and Mississippi School of Banking at Ole Miss.
