COVID-19 Update May 2020

To Our Valued Customers,

We hope this email finds you and your family well during these challenging times. Today, we wanted to provide an update on our operations and internal procedures as the safety and well-being of our associates, their families, our customers and our communities remains our highest priority.


With a situation that is changing daily, we are continually monitoring new developments and adjusting our response to help flatten the curve and mitigate the impact of COVID-19. We will continue to follow guidelines and recommendations from government and the CDC, as well as local health authorities.


Customers may continue to access lobbies by appointment only and should adhere to guidelines published by the CDC that include:  (1) wearing a face mask / covering and (2) answering “no” to all questions listed on the screening form posted at the entrance in each office.  Physical distancing of at least six feet between all individuals is enforced in all locations and all persons entering the bank will be reminded of this through prominent signage at site access points. Our goal is to protect you and our associates with these precautions, while being available to assist with your needs.


Our ATMs, Telephone Banking, Online Banking and Mobile Banking are available for your convenience 24/7 to check account balances, make payments, transfer funds and deposit checks remotely. Our significant investments in online and mobile banking technology allows for a large majority of transactions to be executed outside of the branch and we will continue to manage much of our day-to-day operations and customer interactions through remote banking solutions.


While we may not be visiting with you in person, our bankers are empowered and equipped to assist you with a variety of solutions for the current environment – from remote banking solutions to cash management services, or just a simple savings account. You can count on us to solve your payment needs.
