Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. These procedures helps the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities and helps guard against the possibility of theft identification.

Account Requirements:

When using a State ID card or Military ID, a secondary source of identification is required. If the address on the identification does not match the address that the customer will be using on the account, proof of residence must be provided. Social Security numbers are required for all owners of personal accounts. Other requirements may be applicable depending on account type.

Acceptable Identification:
  • Current Driver’s License

  • State id card

  • MIlitary ID

  • Valid passport

  • Partnership Agreement to include title page, page naming partners, and signature page
  • W-9 (Social Security Number or Tax ID Number)

03 / 04

Corporation/ Limited Liability Company

  • Employer Identification Number or proof of application
  • Corporate Resolution
  • W-9 (Social Security Number or Tax ID Number)

04 / 04

Limited Partnership

  • Employer Identification Number or proof of application
