What do I need to open a checking account?
A valid Illinois driver’s license or government issued photo identification, with current address and $100 to make your initial deposit. How can I reorder checks?
You can reorder checks in any of the following ways: - Reorder online directly from here - Online Harland-Clarke Check Reordering
- Reorder in person by dropping off your check reorder form (found in your current box of checks) with any Customer Service Representative
- Reorder through the mail by sending in your check reorder form (found in your current box of checks) through the US Mail.
My checkbook was stolen, what should I do?
You must come into one of our facilities and close your account immediately. Payees of outstanding checks you have written must be contacted to reissue payment. My PlastiCash Debit Card was stolen, what should I do?
Contact us immediately to inform us of the theft, and then come into the bank to complete a new application to receive a new card. If the bank is not open, please call 800.236.2442 to report the card lost or stolen. The help line is available 24 hours a day. |
