What is my four PIN or access code when I call into the BankLine at 708.687-BANK?
Your BankLine PIN is defaulted to the last four digits of the primary account holders Social Security Number. The first time you call into the 24 hour bank by phone system, you will be prompted to change this number to a self selected Personal Identification Number.

What if I forget my PIN?
You will have to come into the bank with identification for us to reset your PIN to a default number to then be changed to a self selected PIN. We cannot find out what you PIN is, only reset it to a default.

I have tried to transfer funds between my InBank account and the system will not let me, why?
InBank needs written authorization from you to allow you to transfer funds electronically over the phone. This written authorization form can be obtained from any customer service representative, it needs to be completed, signed and returned before transfers can be made between accounts via the BankLine.

I call the BankLine a couple times a day to find out what my balance is and it never changes, why?
The balance and transaction information on the BankLine is only updated one time per day, no later than 7:00 a.m., so there is no need to call into the system more than once a day.
