This position is responsible for new residential mortgage loans. The ideal candidate will develop new business by establishing and maintaining relationships with Realtors, Builders, and other key individuals within the community. You must be highly energetic, self-motivated with a proven ability to exceed goals. The potential earning for this position is over $60,000 plus! Qualifications: • Successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of mortgage sales experience • Must have excellent sales and interpersonal skills and a proven record of accuracy • Ability to understand underwriting guidelines, and procedures • A good understanding of real estate appraisals, title reports and real estate transactions • Must have strong communication skills both on the phone and in person • Must be detailed oriented and have excellent organizational skills • Ability to effectively communicate to others • Must have excellent customer service and problem solving skills • HB 40 50 exempt • No originator license is required • A strong desire to succeed in a sales role is a must!
